Location, location

We take great pride in finding you unforgettable destinations for you as getting it wrong can really make or break an event. Cost, accessibility, weather, experience and amenities are just some of the considerations we take into account when planning and delivering an event.

Berlin

It’s probably obvious but Berlin makes a great location for a world event thanks to being so accessible from Europe and beyond.
But you can add to that a vast array of venues which offer different experiences for different budgets whether it be an historic building or a swish new conference centre.

And all these have a real focus on being eco-friendly which can only help enable you to put on a sustainable event.

The city has really become a hub for innovation and creativity and this has re-energised the M&E industry.

And for the time-being, Berlin still gives you more value for money than its rivals like Amsterdam or Paris.

With two major airports and one of the best rail networks in Europe, Berlin has become such a multi-cultural destination.

Culinary dishes from all over the world and a city that seemingly doesn’t sleep, it’s a location that is likely to leave a lasting impression on your conference delegates or your staff on your next incentive trip.

And you won’t be short on choices for accommodation either with some of the major hotel chains offering luxurious rooms, while there are also hostels aplenty.
Our National Operations Manager for Events can highly recommend it as a destination following a site visit earlier this year for one of our clients.
So what are you waiting for?

Bratislava

Like Berlin, Bratislava – the capital of Slovakia - is a not a bad location for world travellers thanks to being centrally located in Europe, bordering Austria and Hungary.

The up-and-coming event destination is fast gaining a reputation for putting on a good show, although if you’re looking to organise a big trade fair or expo then it might not be the answer due to the size of venues.

Just an hour from Vienna airport, the city’s venues, accommodation, food and drink still compare extremely favourably compared to other bigger locations around Europe.

Huge investment has been made in modern infrastructure with new conference facilities and hotels while tech is up there with the best.

This complements the history and tradition of the city which is a hotbed for business and creative events.

Being small means everything in Bratislava is pretty much walkable, meaning visitors get a real feel for the place while they are there.

Not forgetting the bar and café scene alongside the picturesque River Danube, it’s maybe no surprise the city has become popular with new business start-ups.

We’re not stretching the truth to say Bratislava is still very much a hidden gem so why not stick it on your list of possibles for your next event overseas?
