Clarity, the Business Travel and Events division of the Portman Travel Group has today announced the new combined Executive Leadership Team following the acquisition of Agiito.
The team will be led by Pat McDonagh, CEO, and will combine the previous senior teams from both Agiito and Clarity, creating a strong and experienced team to drive the business forward. McDonagh commented:

Donna Fitzgerald, Executive Director - Business Travel Most recently COO and interim CEO at Agiito. Donna will be responsible for developing and implementing Clarity's growth strategy and driving business development and customer retention alongside the identification of new opportunities. Donna will have direct responsibility for the Sales, Marketing and Account Management functions of the combined businesses.
Paul Casement, Executive Director - Meetings & Events. Previously Account Management & Events Director at Clarity, Paul will focus on growing the Meetings & Events business backed by the innovative Meetings pro product. Paul will lead an unrivalled team of Meetings and Events specialists and Account Managers focused entirely on Meetings & Events.
Sue Chapman, Executive Director - Product and Commercial. Previously Commercial Director at Clarity, Sue will be responsible for the delivery of all client-facing technologies alongside Implementation & Business Support.
Carl Law, Executive Director - Technology. Previously CTO at Agiito, Carl will be responsible for the ongoing development and investment in our market-leading suite of technologies alongside the day to day operations of our IT function.
Steve Riley, Executive Director - Operations. Previously Operations Director at Clarity, Steve will be responsible for the smooth operation of our combined on and offline Travel Consultant teams, ensuring industry-leading service levels are maintained, delivering exceptional levels of expertise and support.
Paul Hemingway, Executive Director - Finance. Previously Finance Director at Clarity, alongside his role as MD of Destination Sport, Paul will lead the combined Finance function, ensuring a smooth integration and strong commercial support as the business develops.
Alongside these appointments, the business will continue to be supported by Jane Harrington Group Director of HR, Matt Oates, Group Director of IT and Susie White, Group Director of Marketing.
An integration team of experts from both businesses will also be created to define the future operating model for the business, ensuring a smooth and gradual transition.
There's a lot of work to be done to integrate the two businesses and ensure we maximise customer benefits. In the meantime, it is our absolute priority to ensure we enhance and exceed our combined reputation, delivering rock-solid service and technology to our customers. With this team in place, we couldn't be better placed to do that.
